What changes need to be made to people in Vietnam?

A few things to mention:

- Learn to say no, directly.
IMO, this is the common thing we can see in the East, the indirect culture.
- Learn to apologize, even if it is just for the sake of politeness
- Ego, pride or mentsu, whatever you want to call
- Be on time and in time
- Have a plan and stick with it (see above)
- Keep your words
- Hou-ren-sou, and only the truth.
# Do you believe in a report made by a Vietnamese?

If you could read Vietnamese, I recommend "Người Việt xấu xí" by Vương Trí Nhàn.

Is is said that Vietnamese becomes weaker in a team.
However, what I could not explain is that, in a family, or among a
village (văn hóa làng xã),
or in the wars, the Vietnamese can unite and be strong.

Q (Kenji Hachiyo):
What changes need to be made to people in Vietnam?
For the further and sustainable development of Vietnam, what kind of
traditional culture, behavior and attitude need to be maintained or
strengthened, and what are needed to be abolished or changed?
ex: hesitate to open one's mind and speak out one's thought. Is this
kind of traditional behavior needs to be maintained or changed?
