Definition of Done

Vài chuyện hài hước, có thật, kinh nghiệm xương máu trong phát triển hệ thống

Q: Chú làm đến đây rồi
A: 95% rồi anh ạ.

Thưc ra cái 5 = 100% - 95% đó có thể mất hàng tháng để Done, hoặc vĩnh
viễn không Done được
(phải return, Wontfix...)

Một vài lý do:
- Đó là bugfix, không thể plan được
- Issue khó vượt khả năng của "chú" - chú cần support
